How much does end of tenancy cleaning cost in Canary Wharf?+
WharfReady's published base prices include £180 for a studio, £220 for one bedroom and one bathroom, and £250 for two bedrooms and one bathroom. The final quote can change for furnishing, condition, additional rooms, specialist extras or access requirements.
Is oven cleaning included?+
Yes. Standard scope includes the oven interior, racks and glass plus the hob and extractor. Approved double-oven/range additions are separately priced.
Is carpet cleaning included?+
Carpet vacuuming is part of the normal clean. Carpet extraction is a separate service/add-on where offered. See prices.
Do I need to stay at the property?+
Not necessarily. Proposed key, concierge or agent access must be agreed before the booking is confirmed.
How does the 7-day guarantee work?+

How should I prepare?+
Remove personal belongings and heavy rubbish, leave booked areas accessible, empty cupboards that need internal cleaning, and defrost the freezer unless the defrost service is booked.
How long will the clean take?+
It depends on the layout, size, condition and selected extras. We will give you a realistic time estimate after reviewing your property details.
