What the base price includes
Base-price assumptions
- Properties are assumed unfurnished unless furnishing is stated and agreed.
- Normal room sizes and ordinary condition are assumed.
- Carpet extraction, upholstery, balcony cleaning and freezer defrost are not included unless booked.
- Access arrangements, keys, concierge instructions, lifts, floors, parking and equipment access are agreed before confirmation.
- VAT is not added because WharfReady is not VAT registered.
What can change your quote
The base price covers the stated property configuration under the published assumptions. Extra rooms, furnishing, heavier cleaning, specialist services, non-standard appliances and access requirements can change the quote.
