Privacy Notice
This notice explains how personal data submitted to WharfReady is used for quote requests and business enquiries.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
Who is responsible for your data
Zsolt Ordog, a sole trader trading as WharfReady End of Tenancy Cleaning, is the data controller.
Legal correspondence address: 20 Turner House, London E14 9LL. This address is provided for legal correspondence and is not presented as a customer-facing service location.
To ask a privacy question or exercise a data-protection right, call 07843 918804 or contact WharfReady on WhatsApp. Contact hours are 7am–10pm every day.
Personal data we collect
Consumer quote requests may include your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, preferred date, property details, cleaning requirements and access information.
Business enquiries may include your name, company, work email, telephone number, portfolio information, approximate location, immediate requirement and any note you provide.
The service also receives limited technical information needed to secure form submissions, such as an IP address used for rate-limiting.
Why we use personal data
- to calculate, review and respond to a quote request;
- to respond to a letting-agent or landlord enquiry;
- to plan requested cleaning and access arrangements;
- to prevent duplicate, abusive or fraudulent submissions;
- to keep appropriate operational and legal records.
The lawful bases are taking steps at your request before a possible contract, performing an agreed contract where applicable, WharfReady's legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations where required.
Form details are not collected for unrelated marketing, and marketing consent is not required to request a quote.
Who receives the data
Personal data is stored using service providers that host and operate the website and its database. It may be shared with cleaners or operational suppliers only where needed to assess or deliver the requested service, and with professional advisers or public authorities where legally required.
WharfReady does not sell quote or enquiry data. If a service provider processes data outside the UK, appropriate contractual or other safeguards required by UK data-protection law will be used.
How long we keep it
Consumer quote and business enquiry records are retained for one year from receipt and are then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires a particular record to be retained.
Browser storage, cookies and analytics
WharfReady does not currently load advertising trackers or a third-party analytics service. The quote form uses session storage for non-contact progress and a random duplicate-prevention key. The business enquiry form stores a random duplicate-prevention key. Successful quote receipt state is also held briefly in session storage so the next page can show truthful confirmation.
This functional session storage remains in the current browser tab until it is cleared by the form or the browser session ends. The hosting platform may also set an essential infrastructure cookie used for secure routing or service delivery. It is not used by WharfReady for advertising. No consent banner is shown because no non-essential tracking is currently activated.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
Contact WharfReady using the details above to exercise a right. You can also read the ICO's guidance or make a complaint at ico.org.uk.
